Team RV Express: Driver Application

Requirements:

We are hiring drivers at least 25 of age to under 70 with at least two years of verifiable commercial driving experience to transport RV's from Middlebury Indiana to destinations throughout the United States and Canada.

Owner operators must have:

A ¾ or 1 ton diesel truck.
At least a 16k fifth wheel hitch. At least a 10k trailer hitch with a solid steel shank receiver with 2" and 2 5/16" balls.
Electric brake controller.
Mud flaps that are no more than four inches off the ground.
A 12 volt break-away battery.
Padlock for hitch.
A current valid driver’s License with ratings from your home state or providence that allows you to pull loads up to 26,000 pounds.
No DUI’s Ever
No at fault accidents in the last 7 years.
No more than two driving violations in the last 36 months.
A current D.O.T. or M.T.O. medical for commercial drivers. (We have several walk in clinics close to our office if needed.)
A passport or “enhanced” drivers license to cross the American / Canadian border.
A cell phone with voicemail that works in US and Canada.

What we offer:

We know our drivers by name not number. We want drivers that come here to stay here.
We do not over hire. We want our drivers on the road making a living.
Our average trip is over a thousand miles.
We are a no forced dispatch company.
Settlements deposited directly to your US bank account weekly with no fees. You keep what you earn.
You are given a per diem to cover hotel expenses if we shut you down for bad weather.
Outbound tolls paid.

We are in the process of adding trucks to accommodate the increase in business. Only those with commercial driving experience will be considered.
